Mr. Philip A. Green, a retired US Army Senior Signals Analyst who served the country for over 20 years, founded Intelligent Solutions for Information Systems (ISIS), LLC in 2005 to provide the benefits of his experience and expertise to serve the interests of the company’s clients, whose missions are critically important to the United States, the Department of Defense, and the nations’ citizens.  ISIS  was founded on and is guided by the U.S. Army’s principles of leadership.   It is no accident that the leadership principles that were taught and ingrained in Mr. Green over his 20+ year Army career as a soldier comprise the foundation which he has built his company upon.

As a former Non-Commissioned Officer within the US Army, Mr. Green was well accustomed to ensuring the needs of his troops and their families were taken care of.  As such, Mr. Green believed bringing that same focus and desire to take care of the “troops” to the small business environment would be a critical lynch-pin for him to attract and retain high quality personnel.  After observing and evaluating the way many large and small companies within the federal contracting community treat and reward their employees, Mr. Green settled on a “benefits-rich” compensation package that supports employees and their families in a comprehensive manner.  Those benefits combined with his investment in employee professional development ensures the professional services ISIS provides will keep pace with the demands of constantly evolving information technologies.

Mr. Green holds a BS in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland University College, Graduated from the US Military's JMIC Undergraduate Intelligence Program, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI).
